Changeways – April 5 to May 24 2023 – Virtual

In this program, which is run by one of our Mental Health team members, we will provide information about skills and strategies that help with a wide variety of concerns (including depression), and help you apply these ideas in your own life at your own pace.

Our Team Includes:

• your family doctor
• Behavioural Health Consultant(s) and/or Mental Health Clinician

We’ll work on:

• skills to manage your mood and overcome depression
• overcoming negative thoughts
• developing your social and community resources

How it works:

Changeways is an eight-week, evidence-based depression management group.

Who is this course for?

Patients require a physician referral for this program. Interested patients should talk to their physician about a referral to SPPCN’s Mental Health program to determine whether the group would be a good fit for their needs.
