Join us in this virtual class to learn how to make lifestyle changes and add new habits into your everyday life to boost your overall happiness. Taking Happiness Basics has been shown to increase mood, increase energy levels and boost physical and mental health.

We’ll work on:

  • increasing the number of positive experiences in your life

Join our 4 week, 2-hour virtual group program led by a Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC).
