You can learn to live well with diabetes! Learn how different foods change your blood sugar and find out how to make snacks and meals so you can better control your blood sugar.

We will talk about the importance of physical activity and how to exercise safely.

It is beneficial to take the Diabetes 101 class to learn more about living with diabetes.

Tools, skills, and discussion of food options and physical activity ideas to help you manage your diabetes symptoms and prevent complications.
