Supervised Exercise

Led by an Exercise Specialist, our virtual exercise class focuses on guiding you through our exercise program designed to help you improve your muscular, cardiovascular, and overall health.

Our Team Includes:

  • your family doctor
  • Exercise Specialists

We’ll work on:

Each class will focus on a specific muscle group, so you can optimize your workout and learn exercises associated with different muscle groups.

How it works:

Runs for five weeks, twice weekly (Tuesday and Thursdays) for one-hour supervised sessions.

Who is this course for?

This program is suitable for most individuals, including those with stable, chronic conditions. If you:

  • want to get moving again
  • are feeling tense and stiff
  • want to improve muscular and cardiovascular health
  • would like fully supervised exercise classes
