Led by an Exercise Specialist, our virtual exercise class focuses on guiding you through our exercise program designed to help you improve your muscular, cardiovascular, and overall health.
Each class will focus on a specific muscle group, so you can optimize your workout and learn exercises associated with different muscle groups.
Runs for six weeks, twice weekly (Tuesday and Thursdays) for one-hour supervised sessions.
