Virtual Drop-In Exercise Class

Led by an Exercise Specialist, our virtual exercise class focuses on guiding you through low impact stretches and exercises.

We’ll work on:

Each class will focus on a specific muscle group, so you can optimize your workout and learn exercises associated with different muscle groups.

How it works:

Twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays, you can virtually drop-in for quick 30 minute sessions.

Who is this course for?

Anyone – no medical screenings are needed to join this program.

  • want to get moving again
  • are feeling tense and stiff
  • would like medically developed and supervised classes
